Paul Hillier—Conductor
For the second time in 2013, The National chamber Choir of Ireland welcomes back to Ireland Theatre of Voices from Denmark under Artistic Director, Paul Hillier for a festival of period performances ranging from full choral works through instrumental and solo vocal works including favourites such as Vivaldi's Gloria, to Couperin's desolate Leçons de Ténèbres, the sorrowful Stabat Mater by Scarlatti concluding with a concert performance of Purcell's Dido & Aeneas with soloists from both ensembles.
